Behavioural Based Safety - Where to start?

Behaviour-based safety (BBS) is a proactive and data-driven approach to enhancing workplace safety by focusing on workers’ actions and behaviours. This methodology aims to reduce hazards, risks, and incidents by observing a person’s behaviour and determining what follows when said behaviour occurs. It involves analysing the consequences of a particular action and providing proper reinforcement for a desired result.

Chris will give a detailed overview on BBS giving employees recommendations on how to be observant of their own actions, thus, improving work safety starting from themselves.

Chris has completed a Level 6 NQF NEBOSH International Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety Management, a fully-integrated ISO Management Course in ISO9001 | ISO 14001 | ISO 45001 and his ISO 19011 Auditor Course.
